This retreat day is focused on the theme of gratitude, a restful pause after the busy time of Summer.
The day will look like this:
- A relaxed group opening and closing circle to share intentions and reflections (optional to share - feel free to sit back and listen)
- Morning mindful flow yoga
- 1.5 hrs of the woodland spa (wood-fired sauna and hot tub) with guided breath practices and meditation
- A delicious, healthy salad box lunch from Sabzi
- Afternoon restful and releasing yin yoga
- A seasonal themed day sharing principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Late Summer, which includes nourishing the stomach and spleen meridians (energy pathways)
- An emotional focus on cultivating gratitude and appreciative joy
- Safely held trauma-informed sessions
- Tasty vegan cake and tea
