All payments to Melancoose are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment provider certified to the highest industry standards (PCI Service Provider Level 1).

When you make a booking or purchase, your card details are handled directly by Stripe.
They use encryption and tokenisation to protect your information — meaning we never see or store your full card number, security code (CVC), or other sensitive payment details on our systems.

We only receive limited information from Stripe — such as your name, email address, and the last four digits of your card — to help us confirm and manage your booking.
