Get ready for the open water season with a fun 45 minute bodyweight work out with Andy from Ocean Set.
A 45 minute class mixing up mobility and bodyweight exercises specific to developing your swim strength and paddle fitness.
Dynamic drills to improve joint health and injury prevention with particular attention to building strength and mobility in your shoulders, hip flexors and spine.
After the session we'll unwind and recharge with a Sauna and Cold Plunge.
All abilities welcome - come in your gym kit and bring swim suit / shorts for the sauna plus a towel. Don't forget a water bottle!
