Breathwork session for restoring your nervous system and mindfulness exercises with Helen.
12:30 pm
Nourishing lunch and time to connect.
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Use of the gorgeous woodland spa facilities, a rejuvenating massage from Sally from Mysa Studio, and optional one-to-one wellness coaching with Helen from Mindfit Cornwall.
3:30 pm
Closing circle and mindful moment.
