A relaxing breathwork session designed to calm the nervous system and help you reset in nature.
The evening will unfold like this:
- Gentle stretch in the studio or outdoors (weather dependent)
- Practices to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and bring the body into a relaxed state
- Optional light holds/massage throughout the evening
- Herbal tea whilst reflecting and connecting with others
- 90-minute private woodland spa leaving you feeling deeply relaxed (optional add on when booking)
