2. Bookings and payments
Bookings can be made through our website or directly by email. Full payment (or a deposit, where stated) confirms your place. If you’re paying a deposit, the remaining balance will be due by the date shown at booking. Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated from time to time.

3. Cancellations and refunds - Retreat hire

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:

• More than 30 days before your event: full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit)

• 15–30 days before: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days: no refund unless we can fill your space
  If we ever need to cancel an event or retreat, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
  

4. Health, wellbeing and conduct
Melancoose is a space for rest and renewal. We ask all guests to:

• Respect the land, buildings, and others sharing the space

• Let us know of any health conditions or dietary needs in advance

• Take responsibility for their own wellbeing during activities - adhere to the sauna guidelines. 

• Wear appropriate swimwear in the sauna & hot tub

Our team will always aim to create a supportive, inclusive environment.

5. Liability

Melancoose and its team are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your property during your stay, except where required by law. Participation in movement classes, spa treatments, or outdoor activities is at your own risk. Please ensure you have suitable insurance if needed.

6. Gift vouchers and promotions

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are valid for the dates and terms stated at purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Website and content
All images, text, and materials on melancoose.com belong to Melancoose unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. We do our best to keep all information current and accurate, but details such as pricing and availability may change.
