Tucked beneath the trees at Melancoose, our private woodland spa brings together a wood-fired sauna, outdoor hot tub, cold plunge and nature shower in our peaceful North Cornwall setting.

Available exclusively for groups of up to ten, it offers space to rest, recover and gather away from the everyday. Come for a quiet afternoon with friends, post-surf recovery, a birthday celebration or as part of a wider retreat here at Melancoose.

A place for restoration, shaped by nature and time

Long before Melancoose became a place for wellbeing, this valley was shaped by water. The historic mill, flowing stream and surrounding woodland have been part of the landscape for centuries.

Today, the woodland spa offers a new way to experience this special place. Move between the heat of the woodfired sauna, the invigorating cold plunge and the warmth of the hot tub, before settling beside the fire and listening to the sounds of the woods.
